Which courses do I need to complete?
All volunteers need to complete the Volunteering Essentials course as their first step. You will then need to complete the course for the service you will be volunteering for. If you are not sure, email the team at [email protected] and we'll help.
-
How long do I have to complete my online training?
You can complete your training in your own time. The team will check in with you if your training is still incomplete after a month.
-
What happens when I complete my online training?
The team will send you a link to sign our Volunteer Agreement, you will also be invited to one of our group welcome calls. Welcome calls are the last stage of your induction, and offer you a chance to meet other volunteers and ask team questions. We try to offer welcome calls at least once a month, but if you can't make any of the dates offered please let the team know and we'll do our best to find an alternative.
